Ancient Secrets Revealed

A message from Susan: The following is a channeled message from my guide group who call themselves Enoch - a group of non-physical beings who use me as their conduit to anchor the energies of expansion and service.

“The days are getting cooler and shorter.  Although some are sad to see the days shorten, this is a time to look inward - to observe what is going on in your head and in your heart.  As you get closer to the end of your calendar year it is a wonderful time for reflection.  What has been bringing you joy this year and what has caused you to forget your joy?  This is a time to discern what is working and what is no longer working.  Rejoice in those things that have not been working because now you know to look for other ways in those areas of your life.  Shed the old and make way for the new, as the coming year holds great change and progression. 

Lighten your load.  Whether this means letting go of those things, activities and ways that are heavy - that no longer bring you joy - or whether that is choosing more consciously to reduce the amount of activity and tasks so you can focus more on chosen activities, always remember that you are here to live in joy.   Remember what gives you joy, what fun is, what brings you laughter.  Focus your energies on these ways and things and you will feel better and have an easier time creating.  You will also bring greater joy to those around you without even needing to say anything. 

There is no accident that you have developed the words “joyous holidays”, as this is a time of remembering.  Shed some of the overwork, overwhelm, and seriousness of this year and step into your joy again.  Do what makes your heart sing.  In this manner you will enjoy the last months of the year more and also be amplifying your energy in preparation for the year of creating ahead.
