Chakras: The Body’s Energy Centers
June 11th, 2007Chakras are the energy centers in the body that allow for the flow of natural energy to go through and out of the body. Energy is one of the body’s most important resources; like blood, it helps to keep the body working.
Chakras are often visualized as spinning spheres. Each of the seven main chakras in the body is associated with a color. When working with chakras a person is focusing on the vibrancy and the motion of the chakra.
The more vibrant the color and the more fluid the movement, the better the chakra is working. If a chakra has dull color or lack of movement then it is blocked and the energy flow is disrupted.
Through chakra cleansing work a person can help keep their chakras working properly and keep the energy flowing smoothly.
